Over a period of 8 years the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) have received deluges of complaints from consumers and florists about being scammed by a particular bunch of bandits. Over 700 consumer complaints can be found HERE (tip of the iceberg) along with florist complaints HERE and HERE while newspaper, television and radio reports can be found HERE. What does the ACCC do? The answer is NOTHING.

The above ACCC Chair & Commissioners and the rest of these well paid public servants simply sit by and provide glib and lip service responses while also contemptuously commenting "you can always sue them yourself", all while consumers and florists get SWINDLED & CHEATED.
Not only have consumers and florists been scammed, but the online reviews suffer serious FAKE REVIEWS from this band of outlaws in blatant contravention of Australian Consumer Law, which the ACCC recieves taxpayer dollars to address. As incredible as it may sound, are the ACCC receiving kick backs from these bandits? as there doesn't seem to be any logical reason for such a dreadful and unacceptable performance.

however they continue the scamming under a new badge of 'zFlowers', an Australian business. The history of all this and a Sydney Morning Herald Phoenixing report can be found at zFlowers.sucks. In just a few months zFlowers has tallied up 77 complaints at Product Review. In particular the evidence coming out of the zFlowers server shows that zFlowers is currently publishing fake reviews up until this week. The evidence is set out below which has been sent to the ACCC at firstname.lastname@example.org on 29 June 2017. It seems nothing can prompt them to come out of their comfort zone.
Many years ago, under the leadership of Allan Fels, if a complaint was made to the Trade Practices Commission (as the ACCC was known then) and in the earlier years of the ACCC, there was ACTION.
A complaint nowadays results in INACTION, SECRECY and LIP SERVICE, so anyone who has some dirt on this outfit swanning around on taxpayer funds while failing to represent consumers and small business who have to cope with the likes of zFlowers, please make contact.
